Anti-Spam
This document explains our policy to stop spam
(unsolicited email) on our systems and how we ensure you
automatically follow best practice when using the
MicroAid E-Newsletter tool.
MicroAid has a no tolerance spam policy. MicroAid's
customer support actively monitors large import lists
and emails going to a large number of subscribers. We
limit uploaded contacts to batches of 1,000. Any
customer found to be using MicroAid for Unsolicited
Commercial Email (UCE) or spam, will be immediately
banned from use of the MicroAid. If you know of or
suspect any violators, please notify us immediately at
abuse@microaid.com.
MicroAid requires that each email has a mandatory
unsubscribe link that cannot be removed.
How MicroAid protects you from sending spam
MicroAid is a permission-based email-newsletter solution
that follows the strictest permission-based guidelines:
Communication - Your MicroAid registration
page already states why you are collecting the site
visitor's email address and how you plan to use their
address. Additionally, by accepting our terms of service
you have agreed that you will communicate with your
users who opt-in.
Confirmation - MicroAid automatically sends
all of your new subscribers an email confirming their
interest in receiving emails from you.
Unsubscribe Link - Every newsletter sent
from MicroAid contains an unsubscribe link which
automatically updates your subscriber lists to avoid the
chance of sending unwanted emails to visitors who have
unsubscribed.
Agreement - when uploading lists you agree
that the recipients on this list have agreed to receive
email from you.
Contact Information - all of your emails are
pre-filled with your contact information.
